I have two current works-in-progress: a nonfiction book about what it was like to be a seeing eye human to my sweet pup, Gus, and a historical fiction novel about one of England’s last medieval queens.
In 2022, I will have a chapter on “Strategies for Teaching Shakespeare Online” featured in Literature in the Online Classroom published by the MLA.

Pickles I’ve Made:
- Beets and Red Onions
- Refrigerator Dill Cukes (with fresh dill seeds!)
Pickles I’ll Be Making:
- Lemony Cauliflower
- Wax Beans
When the tomato haul comes in, I’ll also be making Tomato Jam, Smoky Tomato Jam, Chipotle Salsa, Roasted Corn Salsa, and lots of crushed tomatoes to put up until next year.
